That's a really cool painting. I dig the whole combination of a newborn child - a new start, a crucifixion - the power of religion over us and television.. the most influential religion of all.

maybe the child with umbilical cord is more symbolic of our mental maturity as a species.

THE END seems very pessimistic but its apt for it to be on the television as that's whats taking us there ... if we choose to follow

The all seeing eye and other structural motifs especially around the "symbolic architecture" of our reality (baby/jesus/tv), fusing into the juxtaposition of human forms suggests the way these concepts structure our own personal and collective perceptions.
